The 21 st century is the era of the knowledge-based economy.Data,knowledge and information have become one of the major resources that the Internet giants compete for in today's society.Document sharing platform,with it`s open and shared Internet spirit,has become an important way for users to access document resources.It is also an important strategic resource that the Internet giants compete to seize which is an important means to solve the inequality of education and optimize the allocation of information resources.Therefore,how to attract users to continuously participate in document resource sharing,establish the long-term interaction between platform and users,and improve user stickiness has become an important factor to measure the core competitiveness of document sharing platform.This article analyzes and demonstrates the formation mechanism and influencing factors of user stickiness of document sharing platform from the following aspects,studies the relationship between user experience and user stickiness:First,Based on the characteristics of co-construction and sharing of document sharing platforms,the user experience dimension is divided into three dimensions from the instinct-cognition-reflection experience process: functional experience,participation experience,and immersive experience with providing a new perspective is provided for the user experience.Second,based on the sticky thinking of the Internet,it sort out the concepts and measurement dimensions of user stickiness.Through theoretical research and empirical tests,it is concluded that user stickiness includes two important measurement dimensions: user's willingness to participate and continuous use.Third,the game elements are taken as one of the variables of the user participation experience,and the positive influence relationship of the gamification elements on the user stickiness is verified through the SEM.It provides theoretical support for exploring the application of gamification elements to enhance user experience,and also reveals the mechanism of user stickiness.Fourth it,build a sticky-oriented user experience model through theories and case studies.The empirical results show that the interaction of user stickiness has the greatest effect on user stickiness and the perceived ease of use variable has the least impact.The main innovation points in this paper can be summed up three points as the following three points:First,from the perspective of the experience process,reveal the mechanism of user stickiness formation.From the perspective of experience process theory,the division of user experience dimension is enriched and improved,and the rationality of the dimensional division of user experience variables is demonstrated through SEM empirical analysis.Second,introduce gamification factor variables to explore the mechanism of user stickiness;analyze the mechanism of gamification factors on user stickiness from the perspective of immersion experience.Hypothesis testing is used to verify the previous qualitative analysis of gamification elements and provides theoretical support for actual user operations.Third,combining the UGC features of the document sharing platform,we propose that the user stickiness includes the willingness to participate and continue to use the two measurement dimensions,and combines the analysis of the participants and the operation process to demonstrate that the measurement dimension is more relevant to the actual commercial profitability model;based on the Internet sticky thinking and users The experience process builds a user stickiness model,which provides a solution to follow-up platform stickiness strategy implementation.Therefore,this paper relies on theoretical deduction and empirical testing from two perspectives.Based on the theory and reality,this paper constructs a sticky-oriented user experience model,which has certain reference value for the related research of user stickiness factors and user experience dimension division,and is a gambling element.Application provides a new theoretical basis for improving user stickiness,and it has certain practical significance for optimizing the information resources and maintaining an active user level in the document sharing platform.
