Research On The Realization Path Of New-type Urbanization Construction In Shuikou Mountain

As an important index to measure the level of economic development in a country or region,urbanization is highly valued by the state and local governments.Different from the traditional urbanization,the new urbanization will combine the city and the countryside well,realize the integrated development,and try to eliminate the urban-rural gap and the division development of the city and the countryside.As an important part of Changning City,Shuikou Town is rich in resources and has made great contributions to the local economic law cases.However,with the development of the times,the traditional mode of development presents many drawbacks.To promote the development of the villages and towns in Changning City,we should focus on creating a new model template for the new urbanization of Shuikou mountain,which can effectively carry out the new urbanization construction in other towns and regions,promote the overall level of economic and social development in the whole Hunan Province,and can effectively reduce the two yuan gap in small towns and townships,and better solve the problem of agriculture,rural and rural areasBased on the analysis of the new concept of urbanization and the current situation of the urbanization development of Shuikou mountain town in Changning City,this paper clarifies the advantages and existing problems in the process of urbanization,including high rate of paper-based urbanization,imperfect infrastructure and so on.Through analysis,this paper discusses the necessity of new urbanization in Changning City.After that,the article analyzes the feasibility of new urbanization in Shuikou mountain town of Changning City,and analyzes the relevant experience of urbanization abroad.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the implementation path of the new urbanization,builds the model,and analyzes and studies the empirical results.Finally,the guiding ideology and implementation path of new town construction in Shuikou Town are discussed in depth.Shuikou mountain town should vigorously develop the economy,change the structure of economic development,vigorously develop the cause of science and education,and call on the multiple subjects to participate in the process of the new urbanization.This is of great significance for the development of new urbanization in China in the future.
