Research On Urbanization Quality Evaluation And Its Path Of Prairie Area In Inner Mongolia

Urbanization is an important symbol of social progress and modernization in a country or region.It is the inevitable process and effective means of regional economic growth.Inner Mongolia has an important ecological function in the national main function zoning,which is limited by the regional characteristics such as ecological carrying capacity,and its urbanization path choice will be different from other areas.2015 Inner Mongolia economic operation analysis data show that the urbanization rate in Inner Mongolia has reached 60.30%.According to the theory of urbanization "S-type curve" of the geographer,the development of regional urbanization has entered the later stage,but there are still some problems such as lack of infrastructure construction and obvious urban-rural dual structure.Considering the connotation of the new urbanization and the background of the grassland in Inner Mongolia,the future urbanization is going to explore the "quality" promotion strategy in the process of urbanization on the basis of reasonably inheriting the " That is to explore the new urbanization based on the quality of urbanization.The comprehensive evaluation of the quality of urbanization involves the factors of time and space agglomeration and disposition,including economic,social,spatial and ecological factors,how to establish a more suitable urbanization quality evaluation index system,Especially how to choose the urbanization path is very important for the future construction of Inner Mongolia grassland town.In this study,we selected the towns of Alxa League in Inner Mongolia as the main research object.First,we read the concept of urbanization quality and new urbanization by reading and sorting the quality of urbanization and the selection of new urbanization pathways.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the regional difference characteristics of urbanization in grassland area,the core content is to construct the evaluation index system of urbanization quality of grassland town,and evaluate and sort out the urbanization quality of Alashan League.Through the analysis of the results,we tap the profound factors related to the urbanization quality of the Alashan area and put forward the construction of the urban system into the urban agglomeration.The quality of urbanization is ensured by the quality servicesystem,the basic public facilities are constructed with the goal of equalization,Construction to improve the attractiveness of talent;quality tourism construction characteristics of grassland towns;ecological capacity to deduce the scale of urbanization;high-tech industry to promote industrial transformation and other urbanization quality improvement strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the concrete implementation path of the new urbanization construction of grassland town with the aim of improving the quality of urbanization.Including: internal and external,coordination and construction of urban system pattern;people-oriented,balanced layout of basic service facilities;ecological priority,scientific derivation of urban scale extreme;transformation and upgrading,build a new eco-industrial structure.
