After the outbreak of private lending crisis in the Ordos region,private borrowing in the rural areas of the city was caught in the abyss of the crisis.Frequent illegal financing incidents and non-governmental disputes occurred in an endless stream.Ordos rural private loans need to be standardized and sunny,and the correct guidance of private lending is conducive to The construction of a rural financial system is conducive to the development of the rural economy,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,contributing to the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in this area,and meeting the country's strategy for rural revitalization proposed at the 19th National Congress.This article begins with the concept definition of private lending,combines relevant theoretical research,and studies the status quo of the typical case:the economic and financial development of the Erdos rural area,the Etuoke Barner,and defines the research scope in terms of the lending behavior of the farmers.Problems in the process,and through interviews with local farmers,pastoralists,and residents,and questionnaire surveys,proceed from the phenomenon of the harm caused by the alienation of private lending in rural areas,from the perspective of farmers,explore the reasons for the alienation of private lending,and finally combine domestic advanced experience.The policy recommendations on the standardization of rural private lending are proposed to solve the problems in rural private lending.The main conclusions of this article are:1.The essence of private loan dissimilation is that the borrowers know little about each other's situation,and they have not executed a legally agreed loan behavior in order to obtain economic benefits.It is also that the lending rate is much higher than normal,and the lender is blindly confident in the economic form.The lender disguises the fraudulent fraud designed under the lawful appearance.2.After the outbreak of private loans in Erdos,there are still sequelae to this day,affecting the livelihoods of local people in pasturing areas in rural areas,affecting the normal development of rural farming and livestock husbandry and adversely affecting the normal development of the rural financial credit system and damaging the rural social and economic interests.It is necessary to standardize the management of local rural private lending to resolve the crisis.3.The reasons for the alienation of private lending include:changes in people's investment mentality,unscrupulousness,weak awareness of investment finance,waste of social ethos,impaired corporate financing,illegal financing of Ponzi fraud,expansion of private capital,investment channels.Single,unsound financial markets and other macro aspects,the lack of local government supervision and policy failure,slanting public opinion,leading to the crisis was amplified and so on.4.To control the sound development of private financing in Ordos requires multi-level,multi-dimensional and multi-methods.Practice exploration can be achieved through the following six approaches:First,introduce relevant policies to promote the optimization and upgrading of private financing development,create a sound financial environment,and guide private financing to be justified and healthy;Second,conduct loophole investigations on Ordos' social credit system.Reestablish a complete credit information system and bring a reliable credit information foundation to the financial market;Third,further promote the upgrading of the private financing monitoring system and improve the effectiveness of monitoring;Fourth,develop a financial reform plan that is in line with the actual situation,and advance the landing.Fifth is to promote the marketization of interest rates;sixth is to strengthen the public financial knowledge education.
