Research On Green Transformation Of Resource-based Enterprises From The Perspective Of Marx's Ecological View

In the traditional development mode,resource-based enterprises have been asking for a great quantity of natural resources for their own survival and development indefinitely,which leads to the current resources shortage;at the same time,their backward techniques and extensive development have resulted in low efficiency of resource utilization and serious pollution to the ecological environment of location of resource-based enterprise.In the Nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to adhere to the harmonious symbiosis between human beings and nature,which is the basic requirement for insisting to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Facing the great pressure of global climate change and the increasingly prominent contradiction of the resource and environment,it is an inevitable requirement for our resource-based enterprises to achieve green transformation in the new era.From the perspective of Marx's ecological perspective,the study of green transformation of resource-based enterprises in China not only enriches the theoretical basis of enterprise transformation,but also has practical guiding significance for the successful transformation of resource-based enterprises.First of all,this article analyzes the research background and significance of this topic on the basis of consulting a large number of literature data,then elaborates the domestic and foreign research status of Marx's ecological view and enterprise green transformation and determine the research ideas and research methods;Secondly,the related concepts and related theories discussed in this paper are introduced and Marx's ecological view and enterprise green transformation basic components are emphasized.Thirdly,the paper points out the specificsituation and existing shortcomings of resource-based enterprises in China,and points out the problems and difficulties in the transformation of resource-based enterprises in China.Fourthly,it establishes the specific technological path of the transformation of resource-based enterprises under the guidance of Marx's ecological view and goal.Finally,in order to realize the successful transformation of China's resource-based enterprises,some reasonable specific policies and safety precautions are put forward from the perspective of government and enterprises themselves.
