Research On Coordination Of Risk-averse Agricultural Products Supply Chain Under Agricultural Insurance

Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is a major policy decision in the Communist Party of China's 19 th National Congress,and China should give priority to resolving the three dimensional rural issues.It is the key to realize the strategy of rural revitalization to make agriculture strong and make agriculture be the pentiou industry.However,natural disasters and marketable price risk have seriously influenced the stability of the supply and demand,and have caused heavy loss of the country and enterprises,which made the supply chain participate in the enterprise's attitude towards risk is more conservative.The coordination of the system is reduced.Therefore,how to solve the nature risk and marketable risk influence on the risk aversion supply chain coordinate is the key question in this thesis.First of all,based on the risk aversion of agricultural products in three level supply chain coordination as the starting point,and the revenue sharing contract as the background,this thesis studies the influence of different participants' risk aversion characteristics on supply chain coordination,the optimal ordering decision and risk acceptance under the influence of natural risk and marketable risk.Secondly,the profit models of supply chain under the conditions of production insurance and crop revenue insurance are constructed,respectively.Quantitative expression of natural risk and marketable price risk management under the production insurance and crop revenue insurance,and carry out comparative analysis.Then,by comparing with the supply chain without insurance,the effect of production insurance and crop revenue insurance on supply chain coordination,wholesale decision and profit stability of supply chain are verified by numerical analysis.Finally,the thesis puts forward the application strategy of agricultural insurance in supply chain management and the relevant suggestions of the government to promote the development of agricultural insurance.This thesis mainly analyzes the optimization effect of production insurance and crop revenue insurance on risk-aversion supply chain coordination.The research shows that production insurance can optimize the coordination state of retailer's risk averse supply chain and distributor's risk aversion supply chain under the influence of natural risk,improve the ability of accepting natural risk,expand the scope of coordination of revenue sharing contract.The crop revenue insurance promotes the risk-averse supply chain to accept the natural risk and the market price risk significantly,the scope of the revenue-sharing contract is further expanded,the profit stability of the supply chain is enhanced,and the supply chain presents an increase in the quantity of order and decline in wholesale prices.Risk aversion supply chain presents a more dynamic state.However,no matter whether production insurance or crop revenue insurance is introduced into the risk-averse supply chain of farmer,the revenue-sharing contract cannot coordinate the supply chain.
