The contribution of China's ceramic products exports to the overall export of goods has been increasing in recent years.According to the statistics of the UN Commodity Trade Database,the total export volume of ceramic products in China was approximately US$713 million in 1992 and increased by nearly 27 times in 2017.At the same time,the ratio of its total exports to China is also rising year by year.Although China's ceramic products have achieved relatively good results in exports in the past 25 years,the challenges they face are still very serious,such as the single overseas market structure,the unreasonable order in the domestic and foreign markets and the low relevance of the industrial structure have constrained the optimization and upgrading of the internationalization of China's ceramic products,thus making China's ceramic products show a clear competitive disadvantage in export trade.Therefore,an objective and comprehensive analysis of the export competitiveness of China's ceramic products and their influencing factors will help China's ceramic products make a better performance to the current international trade environment and improve their international competitiveness in the future.First of all,elaborating the theory and methods of this paper by the research status quo at home and abroad.Then summarizing the product characteristics and trade status of China's ceramic products,presenting the problems in China's ceramic products about the export structure,export market and international competition.Secondly,through theoretical proof and data analysis,making research on the international competitiveness of China's ceramic products and constructing China's evaluation index system of ceramic product competitiveness,namely,detailedly calculating and analyzing the three indexes of export competitiveness about the international competitiveness of China's ceramic product exports.So as to gain insight into how China's ceramic products export perform during the past 25 years.Analyzing the reasons that ceramic products are subjected to competitive threats in the export process.Then using Porter's diamond model theory to analyze relative factors that affect the international competitiveness of China's ceramic products.From the six elements discussed in the diamond model,selecting the secondary indicators that represent the relevance of the ceramic industry and combining the data of the indicators for 25 years.Modeling through quantitative analysis,examining the influence of these factors on the export competitiveness of China's ceramic products,so as to find out the main source of competitiveness of ceramic products,and then analyze the existing problems and influencing factors of China's ceramic product export competitiveness.Finally,combining existing issues,exploring ways to improve the international competitiveness of ceramic products in China such as by focusing on the diversified cultivation of production factors and enriching the market channels to diversify risks.The analysis and research on the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of China's ceramic products have a high practical significance.Through the research and analysis of the influencing factors of China's ceramic product export,we put forward suggestions for the better internationalization of China's ceramic products.This article measures and analyzes the export competitiveness of China's ceramic products and their influencing factors during the past 25 years,concludes ways such as ceramic products need to diversify production factors in the future manufacturing process,paying attention to the cultivation of natural elements and alternatives,optimizing domestic and foreign market demand,stabilizing domestic demand and diversify risks in overseas markets,integrating related industries and supporting industries and implementing resource and information sharing recommendations.
