Tax planning is an effective means for modern enterprises to increase profits and enhance their competitiveness.After the “Golden Ten Years”,the real estate industry has developed rapidly and has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy.However,due to the rapid growth of the real estate economy in the market economy,the real estate industry has undergone a leap-forward development,which has led to high prices and rising prices.Problems such as being fast have brought many negative impacts on the society and economy.The country has also introduced control policies in a correspondingly strong manner.Through the continuous enhancement of its macro regulation and control and the implementation of tax management measures guided by risk management,the internal and external environment faced by the real estate industry has undergone new changes: in real estate inventory,market demand,and policies.Under the pressure of regulation and control,the profits of its industry have shrunk severely,and the industry situation is not optimistic.Under the current background,China's real estate industry must do a good job of tax planning in order to survive,develop and increase its core competitiveness in increasingly fierce competition.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method to take A real estate company's taxation situation as the concrete research object.A summary of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the real estate tax planning research results,from the perspective of the theory of tax planning analysis,and then find the general rules of real estate tax planning..After discussing relevant theoretical knowledge and practical practices of domestic and foreign tax planning,this article selected HAZ,a representative project of A Real Estate Company,as a case study of this paper,and analyzed its preparation,development,sales,and holding four stages and its Tax planning activities in different periods and careful study.By comparing the specific data before and after the tax planning,a plan to reduce the tax burden for companies can be concluded.Through the author's summary of the tax planning of the HAZ project,the tax planning program applicable to other similar projects of the A real estate company is launched,thereby improving the company's operating profit,enhancing the company's core entities and improving the market competitiveness of the company.
