With the rapid development of technology,economy and globalization,the scope of supply chain has become wider and the complexity also become higher.At the same time,the uncertainty of business environment and the fierce competition in the market have also gradually increased.These factors have led to frequent occurrences of supply chain disruptions which caused huge economic losses.It is based on this phenomenon that the supply chain resilience has gradually begun to attract the attention of academics and enterprises.How to measure and evaluate supply chain resilience is an important issue in the research field of supply chain resilience.Therefore,based on the inoperability input-output model(IIM),this paper researches supply chain resilience measurement with the method of simulation.Specific research includes:(1)A supply chain resilience measurement model based on dynamic inoperability input-output model is developed.Firstly,the related research and theory of supply chain resilience are reviewed,and the common supply chain resilience measures in the literature are summarized,and we have chosen to focus on resilience measures considering time resilience.Through the analysis of the relevance between the supply chain and the inoperability input-output model,the rationality of applying the inoperability input-output model to the supply chain resilience research is demonstrated.By representing the impact of disturbance on the business as inoperability,the spread of disturbances over time in the supply chain is graphically described,and the inoperability is quantitatively calculated using the dynamic inoperability input-output model.Finally,a resilience measurement model of supply chain is developed,and resilience measure indexes based on inoperability and economic loss are proposed.(2)An application framework of the resilience measurement model is proposed,and an example is used to verify the rationality of the resilience measurement model.Firstly,a model application framework is proposed for the supply chain resilience measurement model proposed in this paper.After analyzing the supply chain of a car seat,three disturbance scenarios are designed,targeted and effective resilience strategies are applied to disturbance situations.Finally,the disturbance scenarios of the supply chain are simulated before and after the implementation of strategies,and the resilience measure indexes based on inoperability and economic loss are calculated.The result analysis confirms the rationality of the resilience measurement model.
