In the era of knowledge economy,with the development of society,the competition among enterprises in the world is becoming more and more frequent.Under the accelerated pace of life,employees are also constantly facing various kinds of pressure,and these inherent and external pressure are also directly or indirectly changing the attitude of the employees towards their work,and the ideas are gradually changing.When the employees find and feel that their needs can not be met by the enterprise subjectively,They will reduce their commitment to work or experience a negative feeling of inaction,which is a sense of alienation.The sense of job alienation is potentially present in the employees of every enterprise,and it is an important factor in the performance of the employees.The potential threat will reduce the performance of employees and bring negative impact to the overall efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,it is a challenge to how to strengthen the management of employees,which requires managers to find a balance between employees and enterprises,so as to make the cultural concepts of employees and enterprises consistent.The goal of any enterprise is to maximize profits,so the most concern is the profit situation and the overall performance of the enterprise,but the corporate managers also understand that the overall performance of the enterprise is based on the individual performance of the employees.The benefits of the enterprise are closely related to the performance of the employees.Therefore,in the enterprise,managers should attach importance to employees,find ways to retain some excellent employees,so that employees have a sense of loyalty to the enterprise,willing to work hard for the enterprise,has a deep sense of belonging in the enterprise.This sense of belonging can enhance employees' positive understanding of the enterprise and deepen their inner psychological contract.This paper studies psychological contract,hoping to find a way to eliminate the negative psychological emotion of the employees,and fully realize that the negative emotion of the employees is destructive to the enterprise.This paper takes job alienation,psychological contract and job performance as the research variables.Firstly,it reviews and summarizes the research concerned of three variables,exploresand verifies the hypotheses proposed in order to prove in the management and practice of the organization.The psychological contract can be used as an intermediary to strengthen the employees' psychological contract and enhance the performance of the employees,thus reducing the negative influence of the sense of job alienation.This paper combs and summarizes the related literature,and carries on the related summary,proposes the research frame and the model construction of this article,then selects the domestic and foreign widely used and mature scale,through the questionnaire star design questionnaire,issues the questionnaire,Using the SPSS19.0statistical analysis software,the hypothesis is verified for the valid data collected.Through the research,this paper hopes to give the organization manager enlightenment and more effective management the knowledge staff.
