Knowledge Employee's Psychological Contract Management

In 21^st century with the arrival of the knowledge economy era, the knowledge employees gradually become the core and representative of the company, the base stone of competitiveness. They are also the organizer and implementer of organizational change, technology innovation, market development and value creation. The psychological contract as the link between company and employees is the basement to harmonious enterprise and employee relationship, and it has more decisive influence to the employees'attitudes, behavior and performance.The thesis is from the perspective of knowledge employees'psychological contract management, combined with the psychological contract theory research and the features of the knowledge employees and IT employees'normal psychological features, take company C as the investigation and analysis object, through the actual situation research of company C, I choose questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to measure psychological contract situation of company C employees. Then found the employee's psychological contract situation in company C, and the management problems of Company C. According to the research result, author chooses company and employees two perspectives analyze the use of psychological contract in the Company C's employee psychological contract management.The final purpose of my thesis is through psychological contract, let the company pay attention to the knowledge employees'expectations and needs, and also let employees know their responsibilities and obligations to the company. Then let the psychological contract between company and employees can balance and stable, make the company keep sustainable and healthy progress.
