Study On The Risk Of Chinese Enterprises' Directi Nvestment In Burma Electric Power Infrastructure

The electric power infrastructure is closely related to the economic development,and is highly valued by all countries.In the "The Belt and Road" background,create a broad market space for energy interconnection of electric power enterprises of China overseas investment in electricity infrastructure.As a land-based neighbouring country in Burma,China has a congenital geographical advantage in the investment of power infrastructure.At the same time,Burma has rich reserves of water resources,and the supply of electricity is seriously inadequate,and has a broad market space in the investment of power infrastructure.The investment risk and opportunity coexist,the investment of the power infrastructure is large and the operation cycle is long,but the investment environment of Burma is poor and the investment risk is high.How to manage risks in power infrastructure investment in a timely and effective way,and give full play to the competitive advantage of Chinese electric power enterprises in Burma,is the problem to be solved in this paper.Based on the existing research,we first consider the investment environment of Burma and the investment characteristics of the power infrastructure,identify the main investment risk factors of Burma power infrastructure.Then the risk factors are classified by the interpretation structure model,and the risk factors of various levels are studied in combination with the national conditions of Burma.Finally,on the basis of the risk analysis,we put forward the risk prevention measures for the investment of Burma electric power infrastructure in China.
