Research On The Competitive Advantage Of Small And Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises Based On Green Innovation

Under the strategic opportunity of innovation-driven development and ecological civilization construction,green innovation has become an important choice for technology based SMEs to enhance their competitive advantage.With the development of economy,the role of technology based SMEs as regional economic growth point and force for industrial development has become increasingly prominent.However,due to the restriction of external environment and its own ability,technology based SMEs are in a weak position in the market.As a new type of innovation,green innovation is helpful for technology based SMEs to to set up a green image and obtain technological initiative,by which competitive advantage is enhanced.Under the background of the new era,only by grasping the new opportunities of green innovation,can technology based SMEs enhance their competitive advantages and achieve long-term development.Therefore,research on the competitive advantage of technology based SMEs based on green innovation is of great significance.First of all,the paper picks up articles in CNKI that including the keywords of green innovation and competitive advantage,for which grounded theory is carried out.Through the open coding and extraction,the paper summarizes heterogeneity of correlational studies and construct theoretical model of competitive advantage of technology based SMEs based on green innovation.Secondly,it make assumptions about the factors that influence green innovation of technology based SMEs from the perspectives of government,enterprises,market,and society.And considering green dynamic capability as an intermediate variable,it discuss the relationship and mediating role of dynamic capability between green innovation and competitive advantage.On this basis,based on the questionnaire data of technology based SMEs,hypotheses are verified and analyzed by using correlation analysis and regression analysis with the help of SPSS analysis software.The empirical results show that factors of government,enterprises,market,and society are significantly positively related to green innovation.Meanwhile,green innovation and competitive advantage are significantly positively correlated and green dynamic capability ispartially intermediary role between green innovation and competitive advantage.Thus,influencing factors of green innovation and the path from green innovation to competitive advantage are clarified.Finally,based on the empirical results,the countermeasures are putted forward.
