Research On The Credit Trading Business Of GGH Securities Company

As the high-speed development of our country's securities market,the pace of innovation in China's securities industry has accelerated markedly.The development of securities companies is transformed from a single traditional brokerage business to a diversified business development model.In recent years,the size of the credit trading business in secrurities companies has a growth spurt.The share of income of credit trading business in total income is increasing,and securities margin trading and stock pledged repo stand out.However,with the rapid expansion of credit business scale,the exposed risks are increasing,and the problem,which has an impact on the development of securities companies,is becoming more and more serious.In this thesis,I will take GGH Secruties Company as an example,research on the development of credit business of securities companies.The thesis will conduct in-depth analysis and research on the problems that GGH Secruties Company's forced liquidation rules of securities margin trading,slow development on securities borrowing,lack of operating funds used on stock pledged repo,lack of innovative production,and inflexible funds scheduling.Then through the use of foreign mature securities market experience,investigate the corresponding practices of other large domestic securities companies to put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the GGH Secruties Company's problems.Under the background of the actual operation of securities companies under the great fluctuation of the stock market,I will analyze the GGH Secruties Company's credit trading business through the perspective of a business commissioner in one of the branches of the company,propose practical and effective opinions.
