Margin trading system as an innovative design, not only can enlarge the fund use of leverage effect, also can buy and sell securities with the bidirectional operation, it rich investors investment trading tools and help investors hedging strategy and effectively reduce the risks in securities market. Haitong Securities as the first batch of approved six margin business by CSRC, it deeply shoulder the reformation mission of margin financing business and social responsibility, and based on providing margin investment trading business, it effort to improve the investment experience and control of credit risk reasonably, and accumulate much management and business experience in terms of the margin trading and made a great contribution to the development of China’s margin trading business.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and development and evolution of margin trading business, specifically elaborated our country margin trading business is how to develop, and development of margin trading business can be divided into several stages.
