With continuous development of housing system reform in China,real estate has gradually become a pillar industry of domestic economy during the steady development of national economy.The development of real estate needs a great amount of fund,particularly at a stage of the project development,where money is in great demand and investment horizon is much longer.Meanwhile,most of the fund mainly relies on load supports from commercial banks.Therefore,to meet the demand for credit fund with respect to the steady development of real estate,it is quite necessary to study risk management of commercial banks in loads of real estate development.G Bank is a local small and medium-sized urban commercial bank.This study is done by targeting at risk management of G Bank in loans of real estate development.On the basis of analysis of G Bank's present situation in loans of real estate development,the author studies its methods and processes of risk identification,risk estimate,risk monitoring and risk control during G Bank's risk management in loans of real estate development,which is followed by analysis of its problems and reasons.Afterwards,strategies and suggestionsrelated to improving G Bank's risk management in loans of real estate development are put forward from macroscopical,mesoscopic and microcosmic points of view,hoping to provide decision-making references for risk management of G Bank in loans of real estate development.Strategies and suggestions related to improving G Bank's risk management in loans of real estate development mainly include the following aspects.Macroscopically,strengthen credit risk management from the level of national policy,laws and regulations and social factors.Besides,in the mesoscopic perspective,strategies associated with market competition,market supply and demand and real estate bubble degree should be proposed with the consideration of the real estate market in Guangxi where G Bank lies.Microcosmically,according to the present situation of G Bank's risk management and its real estate development,strategies for risk management in loans of real estate development have been put forward in the following nine aspects:amplifying systems,administering pre-loans,while-loans and post-loans,preventing operational risk,bringing in risk measure model,applying mega data and scientific methods to credit assigning,opening out loans of real estate development with the aid of supply chain thinking method,innovating disposal methods of bad loans,improving accountability mechanisms of credit risk and building up the ranks of staff.
