The construction work of the water conservancy project is beneficial to the later generations in the present world,but the construction of the water conservancy project is mainly undertaken by the water conservancy construction company.JNSL is a state-owned water conservancy construction company.Due to the particularity of the company's positioning,the company focuses most of its work on completing the task of implementing the construction of water conservancy projects in government departments,while neglecting internal management.Many contradictions in performance management have become increasingly prominent.Among them,the problems that need to be solved are mainly reflected in the performance evaluation index system of the company.Performance appraisal is one of the essential methods for managing a company,and it is also a part of the human resources management system that requires the most attention.Only with a set of effective performance appraisal system can a company win the top spot in the fierce market competition.The implementation of performance appraisal can enable the company and its employees to achieve a win-win goal.This article is in this kind of background,according to JNSL company performance appraisal question,carries on the system research and the optimization design to the staff performance appraisal index system.Through the combination of literature research,questionnaire survey and specific interviews,the performance appraisal indexes used by JNSL Company are studied and analyzed.It is found that the existing indicators have many problems,lack of objectivity,and are subject to subjective factors.Employees cannot be convinced,and the weight ratios of various indicators cannot be considered,and specific assessment results cannot be completely quantified.After an in-depth investigation of JNSL 's development status and related work contents of its employees,we have assembled experts with rich experience in the industry and used the Delphi method to determine various indicators for specific assessments and engage in human resources.Senior staff in work,appraisers,and appraisers,as far as possible to ensure the selection of reasonable and effective indicators,can objectively express the specific work conditions of employees;use the level analysis method to clarify the weight ratio of the employees' indicators,ensure that each The rationality and applicability of the indicators can highlight the focus of work that the company employees need to focus on;clarify the specific requirements of the assessment,combining qualitative and quantitative,reduce the difficulty of assessment,reduce the interference of unrelated factors,and ensure the true reliability of the results..Finally,in order to make the new program given by the new performance appraisal indicator relatively smoothly implemented,a number of corresponding safeguard measures have been proposed.This article mainly analyzes the performance evaluation index system of JNSL company performance management,which is conducive to the improvement of the work efficiency of the company employees,and also helps the company's strategic goals to be better achieved.
