Research On The Industrial Development And Spatial Layout Of Characteristic Towns Under The Guidance Of "Triple Fusion"

The supply side structural reform in China regards innovation as the first driving force of development,leading economic transformation and upgrading and adjusting the economic structure with innovation.At the same time,with the elimination of excess capacity,the reduction of ineffective and low end supply,the decentralization of power,and the optimization of service reform,the Chinese economy is in the key period of the economic transformation and upgrading.The development and construction of the characteristic town is characterized by distinctive features,rich innovation and outstanding industrial advantages.Therefore,it provides an important platform for the structural reform of the supply side,innovation of the economic structure of cities and towns,and the upgrading of economic transformation.In view of the increasingly serious convergence of cities and towns today,the hidden danger of "one thousand towns" and the lack of cultural integration in the small town are not good to highlight its own characteristics and the characteristic small town is overdue to real estate.The reason is that it can not find its own characteristics.The key to solve the above problems is the integration of three elements of "production,life and ecology" with culture as a medium.Therefore,in the Dali concept and direction of "Triple fusion",the systematic study of the characteristic town industry,especially the cultural industry development and spatial layout is very important.Based on this,this paper,guided by the core of " Triple fusion ",through the literature review and multi-dimensional analysis method from the production,life and ecology of the three elements of the connotation and linkage form of the " Triple fusion " to make a comprehensive analysis,clarifying the necessity of " Triple fusion " guidance for the development of special town construction,at the same time Combining the elements of the characteristic town,this paper analyzes the relationship between the " Triple fusion " and the characteristic town,and then puts forward the planning strategy of the " Triple fusion " in the special town space realization.Then,combined with the example of the stone nose,and using the investigation method and the example and demonstration analysis method,this paper analyzes the three major factors of "production","life","ecology" and the influence factors of the industrial development and spatial layout of the characteristic town,which is the basis for the introduction of the literary creation and the creation of the characteristic small town culture industry.Finally,we draw the conclusion that Shi Bei Cultural and creativity characteristic town's industrial development and spatial layout.This paper creates a complete characteristic small town cultural industry chain,to make the cultural characteristics run through the whole process of the small town industry development,strengthens the characteristics of the characteristic town,breaks the convergence and homogenization of the town,and aims at providing the core ideas for the development and positioning of the characteristic small town industry,and puts forward the cultivation of cultural industry as the characteristic town production,life,and the development of the small town.The link of ecological elements provides the basis for realizing the core entry point of " Triple fusion ",laying the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of the characteristic town and enhancing the operability;building a special town space layout template with multiple integration of industry,community,ecology,culture and tourism,in order to enrich the spatial layout form of the characteristic town.
