The Research On Dazeshan Characteristic Agricultural Input-output Efficiency Based On DEA-Tobit Model

The current economic development has been slowing down, the key to the development of economy is to adjust the structure and keep steady growth,control the speed of economic growth,improve the quality of economic growth,the meaning is to improve the efficiency of input and output,achieve sustainable development of economy.The "13th Five-year" plan also proposed the advantages of characteristics,develop the industries with unique advantages,optimize the industrial structure,achieve the new development of high efficiency, high level,and high quality, as soon as possible to change the mode of agricultural industries’ development,to change the traditional way of agricultural development, to build the new type of characteristic agriculture,to improve the efficiency of agricultural,to promote the new road to development characteristic agricultural.In recent years, many areas develop the agriculture which rely on the local characteristics resources.Specialized agriculture has gradually developed as the new type industry,but the cycle of production efficiency is long, it is not obvious that input and output efficiency in short term.In the first few years, the input is greater than the output,with the mature of the development model, the expansion of the brand,the recognition for specialized agriculture continues to improve,the input-output efficiency of specialized agricultural has also been improved,but how to achieve the best efficiency, to achieve optimization of the resources allocation, that is the major problem which must be solved at present.In this paper, by analyzing the domestic and foreign literature,use Input-output theory as a guide,based on DEA-Tobit model,gathered relevant data base to Dazeshan grape industry park, analyzes the status of Dazeshan grape industry,through comparative analysis the input and output by the planting unit acreage of Dazeshan grape,build input and output index system of Dazeshan grape,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)to empirical research,according to the cultivation of vineyards, analysis of input-output efficiency.And using of Tobit model,assuming that the expected impact of various factors on efficiency,make an empirical test to the direction and degree impact of variable,discussion on rational allocation of production factors,find the optimal combination of input and output elements,provide a reference to the development of Dazeshan grape characteristicindustries and to improve the income of farmers.
