Research On Business Model Of Knowledge Payment Under Sharing Economy

Since 2016,paid industry began to enter the outbreak stage of knowledge,online education expanded to have cognitive surplus content producers for their expertise,experience and information such as paid for.For a time,the big platforms,institutions,content producers,and the media began to pour into the market,hoping to cash in the flow and knowledge and seize the dividend.Knowledge,however,paid in the industry with the development situation of each enterprise,mainly reflected in the different companies have different business model,and different business models have their advantages and disadvantages,and different business model for collision,also can produce different effect.The industry's exploration of business models has never stopped.Based on their own practice experience and demand to XN company as an example,analyzes its present situation and problems of business model,and combining the knowledge of paying industry in four typical content provider's business model to carry on the simple analysis,hope to provide some solutions to solve the problem facing the XN company,explore a suitable XN company the path of sustainable development,and for the same business model innovation to provide reference for other company.In this paper,literature analysis method and case study method are used.Firstly,literature on sharing economy and knowledge payment are reviewed.Then,the theoretical basis of business model is sorted out,and the analysis theory--TCH business model theory(the hand that can be pulled--the design logic of business model),which is used throughout this paper,is introduced.Before analyzing the XN company pay for knowledge industry have a general understanding,again to XN description analysis of the company's current business model,and proposes the XN company currently facing important issues.Then,combining the theory of knowledge and TCH paid industry,puts forward some XN company business model from three aspects:to improve the solution and the suggestion,through the theory to guide practice,in order to XN company can achieve economies of scale,to the growing stage.Finally,it is hoped that the analysis of this paper can also provide references for other companies in the knowledge payment industry.
