Research On Financing Of Smes Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain Finance

Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important force to promote the economic development of our country,in create jobs and improve economic efficiency,promote industrial upgrade of technological innovation and transformation of the mode of economic development and maintaining social stability played an indelible role.But small and medium-sized enterprises due to the lack of core competitiveness,the management risk of the larger,and the lack of mortga ge assets that may be mortgaged,the financial services available to its important strategic position in C hina's economic development and economic contribution exists serious mismatch,financing difficulties,financing your problem be the serious problem restricting the survival and development for a long time.In such a context,and the international division of labor pattern change,our country government's encouragement,the parties actively comply with the needs of the market,continuously for the financial products innovation and creation,supply chain finance so arises at the historic moment,to ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises to provide new ideas to solve problems.Although financial model can make each part of the supply chain members can get benefit,and is developing rapidly in C hina in recent years,however,the current supply chain finance in the development stage in our country is still at the primary stage,still could not fully exert the financial supply chain enterprise to bring many benefits,and practice and also needs to improve and broaden the space.This paper first reviews the basic concept of supply chain fina nce,and analyzes three basic modes of supply chain finance: accounts receivable mode,inventory pledge mode and prepayment mode.This paper analyzes the advantages of supply chain finance in alleviating the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises,and validating this view by cash-cash flow sensitivity model.O n the basis of analyzing the present situation of supply chain finance in C hina,some problems in the practical application of this new financing mode are put forward.At the end of the paper aiming at the problems in the practice of put forward opinions and Suggestions,hoping to promote the development of the financial model of supply chain,arouse the enthusiasm of the enterprise application of supply chain finance,improving the efficiency of the supply chain finance,promote the economic development of our country.
