The Measure And Spatial Pattern Analysis On China's Provincial Inclusive Development Level

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.The subject of the contradiction has been transformed from a single,closed and static “material and cultural need” to a more inclusive,open and dynamic “good life needs”,including material,culture,justice,security,democracy,the rule of law,and the environment.Inclusive development is a comprehensive and multi-dimensional concept of shared development and the long-term sustainable development that enable individuals to participate in economic activities more widely and equally,and at the same time,the benefits and wealth generated by economic growth will benefit all the people,it is a sustainable,equitable,shared and comprehensive way of development.However,problems such as inadequate imbalance of development,low development quality and low benefit,grim situation of ecological environment restrict our long-term growth,and at the present stage,China is in an important period of strategic opportunities.so combined with China's basic national conditions,the implementation of inclusive development strategy is conducive to the sustainable development of the economy and society.China takes inclusive development as the direction of macro development,not only conforms to the development situation of the early,but also play a guiding role for the realization of the goal of reform.This paper first expounded the related concepts and theoretical basis of inclusive development,and analysed the realistic background of inclusive development combined with the reality of China.On the basis of this,established a comprehensive evaluation index system of inclusive development level,including 4 dimensions(22indicators):economic growth,green and innovative development,equality of opportunity and sharing the achievements.Secondly,used dynamic factor analysis to measure the inclusive development level,sorted and classified 31 regions.Finally,based on the above results,we analyzed the regional differences of inclusive development level in China,and used the global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation index to study the spatial correlation of inclusive development level.The results show that the overall trend of inclusive development in 31 regions is not obvious,and the inclusive development level of the first,second squares(except the three provinces in the East and North)is decreasing,the level of inclusive development in third,the fourth party and the Northeast area has been on the rise in the past 6 years,this shows that the gap between the inclusive development level of various provinces and cities is narrowing.There is a positive spatial correlation in all regions of China,but the internal differences are significant.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward policy proposals for speeding up inclusive development in the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions.
