Research On The Tesly Company's International Technological Innovation Process And Innovation Performance

With the coming of knowledge economy,high-tech enterprises are faced with ever-changing market environment.If the companies want to survive in such an environment and remain invincible,they have to adjust their innovation strategies.The existence of high and new technology enterprises—innovation is becoming more important.More and more enterprises,in order to improve their innovation ability,choose the international strategy,which has become the best way for many enterprises to improve their innovation performance.However,the internationalization of high-tech enterprises in the process of continuous innovation,enterprises only pay attention to enhance their own ability(such as R & D investment,corporate governance,personnel training,etc.)and lack of concern for risk of technology innovation failure by the useless protection of intellectual property rights.Although in theory circles in recent years pay more and more attention to the research of intellectual property management,still no systematic research on the protection of intellectual property right during internationalization process,especially lack of the research on the international protection of intellectual property rights and enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,this paper take the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises as the research background and adopt a single case study method.Based on a large number of normative and empirical studies of predecessors,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study of the intellectual property rights protection and innovation performance of international enterprises.First,the article review and summarize the related theoretical research results,and analyze how the intellectual property protection affects the innovation performance from the perspective of the characteristics of industry development,the relationship between internationalization and innovation performance and the path of intellectual property protection.And then take the Tasly company as the case study,analyzes the internationalization path motivation and intellectual property protection effect on innovation performance;the influence on innovation performance in the protection of intellectual property rights in the process of internationalization of Tasly,effective and practical in order to verify the internationalization and intellectual property protection measures.The research results show that through the protection of intellectual property rights in the process of internationalization,integration of external innovation resources,improve the innovation path,the enterprise faces the risk of innovation for innovation power and opportunities,enhance the overall innovation capability and innovation performance.The conclusion of this paper is of great practical significance for Chinese medicine enterprises to seek market breakthroughs and enhance competitiveness.At the same time,it also provides guidance for the government to guide the reform and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and promote the benign development of the industry.
