The Internet economy has revolutionized our work and life.In January 2018,according to the 41st China Internet development statistics released by CNNIC,the number of Chinese Internet users reached 772 million.The strong support of the government has made China's Internet economy flourish and become a pillar of economic growth.The prosperity of Internet economy makes Internet enterprise become the darling of capital market.Since 2016,despite the slowdown of economic growth,Internet companies have experienced a surge in capital operation.Internet enterprises are highly sought after in the capital market,and the reasonable evaluation method is increasingly important to the value assessment of Internet enterprises.This article first analyzes Internet industry unique industry characteristics,through the analysis of the Internet industry,explore Internet enterprise core value drivers.Combined with the core value driving factors of Internet enterprises,user resources and industry status are combined to analyze the inapplicability of traditional valuation models.Thus,the DEVA valuation model was introduced in the Internet tide.And combine the characteristics of the Internet industry at present stage and the actual situation of China's Internet industry,to modify DEVA valuation model,and USES the listed companies to swim the family network as an example,based on the DEVA valuation model to evaluate the enterprise value.Finally,the rationality and validity of the DEVA valuation model are verified by the deviation rate analysis.The improved DEVA model compared with the traditional valuation model,based on the Internet at the core of enterprise value influence factors,pay more attention to the user's contribution to the enterprise value and industry status,to avoid the dependence on the financial data and subjective profit forecast,compared with the traditional valuation model more in line with the business profit model of the Internet industry.This article selects the listed firm travel network as an example,based on the DEVA model to evaluate it,and evaluate the result deviation rate of no more than 2%,effectively prove the validity of the improved model of DEVA,objective,effective and accurate evaluation of Internet enterprise value has the reference value.
