Logistics is a new subject,and distribution is an important part of modern logistics.With the diversification of consumer demand,consumers generally have more time to accept the logistics distribution and has the characteristics of fuzziness,at the same time,the city road traffic congestion has reduced the efficiency of logistics distribution,increase the delivery time of the vehicle,causing the delivery delay,bring losses to the enterprise.Therefore,considering the dynamic changes of traffic flow in real life and customers with multiple fuzzy time windows,we study the vehicle routing problem based on traffic flow and multiple fuzzy time windows.This paper first analyzes the research status quo of traffic flow,vehicle routing problem with time windows and vehicle routing optimization algorithm at home and abroad,and expounds the related theories of traffic flow,vehicle routing problem and time windows vehicle routing problem.Secondly,the expression function of customer satisfaction and the distribution function of vehicle speed at different time periods are given.Based on that,a mathematical optimization model of vehicle routing problem with multiple fuzzy time windows considering traffic flow is established.Thirdly,we design an improved ito algorithm to solve the multi fuzzy time window vehicle routing problem.We add the influence of the target node to the next node in the path selection strategy,design the updating rule of path weight,and introduce the cauchy mutation to solve the individual's falling into the local optimum.Finally,through the simulation analysis results show that has important influence on selection of fuzzy time window dynamic traffic flow and the customer has on vehicle routing,through calculation and ant colony algorithm to analyze the results show that the optimal path,the total distance traveled,the total distribution cost decrease,improve customer satisfaction and verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
