Analysis Of The Impact Of Private Placement On Company C's Performance

More than 20 years ago,China's capital market was initially formed.After many years of development,the number of listed companies in China has been increasing,and the demand for refinancing has increased.In 2006,our country further standardized the policy of directional placement,which made it more convenient for private placement and re-financing,so that the re-financing mode of targeted private placement was popular in China's capital market.This paper mainly studies the influence of directional placement on the company's performance,so as to provide regulatory advice for the regulatory layer and provide decision-making reference for the company's operation and development.In this article,through reading related literature both at home and abroad,combing the impact on the company performance related issues by directional research,by comparison with the data using the method of model,analyzes the consider impact on the performance of both short-term and long-term.Firstly,according to the company's actual and directional placement,the significance of directional placement to the company is analyzed.Followed by evaluation of the purchase of C company's performance in this paper,the influence of the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the purchase before and after the company's financial situation has carried on the comprehensive analysis of C,in order to evaluate the purchase of the short-term effects of C company performance.Finally,the residual value model is used to forecast and evaluate the company's value,and analyze the impact of directional placement on the long-term performance of company C.Research in the process of combining the reality of the company,collect sina financial data,WIND database,etc.,as far as possible by using more comprehensive data analysis of the company,and combined with the industry of the company,scientific and reasonable analysis of directional secondary impact on firm performance.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper argues that in the process of the private placement,C company use directional issuance of refinancing way timely solve the problems faced by companies,better improve the company's short-term business performance,which laid a foundation to improve the company's long-term operating performance,the purchase of C company business performance has a favorable effect for a long time.
