In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the online retail industry is flourishing,and the number of online shoppers is increasing.According to conservative estimates,2011 to 187 million the number of online shopping in China,deals reached 773.56 billion yuan,the growth rate of 67.8%,the development of online shopping have reached the point where they cannot be ignored,and,along with the network popularization,the increase in the consumer level of education and the change of consumption idea,people will be more and more tend to online shopping,so the development prospects of online retailing.This will definitely influence the development of offline physical retailing in China.Retail industry is closely related to people's life,the development of caused directly influence to People's Daily lives,and the form of the formats is also closely connected with people's consumption demand,this article in view of dynamic study of online retailing in impact on offline retail entities,and on this basis,some Suggestions for the long-term development of China's retail entity.In this article,through defining the concept of network retail entity retail related basis,respectively in this paper,the development situation of China's online retail industry and retail entity and further elaborates the development of network retail to entities in China retail industry to bring the huge impact and development opportunities,and cited examples of Target and ZARA,to illustrate the retail entities under the network environment on the analysis of big data applications can bring great prospects for development.In the fourth chapter of this paper,the concept and characteristics of O2 O mode has carried on the detailed description,and an example is introduced at home and abroad for the use of O2 O mode,but in the end of this chapter,the analysis on a commercial point of view,that in the actual operations of the enterprise how to specific implementation O2 O mode,this to our retail entity reform has brought great opportunities.In all of 2016,China's economic prospect mixed with overall growth is shifting,structural adjustment of pain,old and new kinetic energy conversion,etc.Multiple images,though facing economic downward pressure,but with the government actively promotereform of the supply side,the former the beneficial effect of began to emerge,with the improvement of the overall consumption environment,China's retail industry entering a new phase,optimizing adjustment of China's consumption potential will release further,online retailing development prospect is significant,in this environment,our country entity retail to both fast and stable pace of transformation and upgrading,so that enterprises can survive and better development.Therefore,in chapter 5 of this paper,based on the previous analysis,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the development of China's physical retail industry,and makes a small effort to reform the physical retail industry.
