The health of millions of people in medical and health care is of great importance to the well-being of millions of families.The pharmaceutical circulation industry is an important part of national health care and health industry,and it is an important industry for people's health and life safety.With the implementation of the strategy of "healthy China" and "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" deepening the reform of medical health system,medicine circulation industry generally presents the following features: running pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises sales growth is slowing but concentration increased slightly,the rate of drug retail chain enterprise sales have rebounded and continuous improvement,a new mode of medical electrical contractor,pharmaceutical logistics operation efficiency and service function of continued ascension.Medicine circulation industry will face new opportunities and challenges,accelerate the conversion of adjustment and industry development mode and pattern of capital market integration power of the enterprise,increased rapidly escalate pharmaceutical supply chain management services,medicine,electricity crossborder integration process continues to advance,drug retail business innovation,industry growing infrastructure role.This paper studies the current situation and development history of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises at home and abroad,and adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method.Using PEST,SWOT,porter's five forces analysis model and SD company marketing data,this paper deeply analyzed the characteristics of medical circulation industry and the internal and external environment and development trend of SD company.The innovation of this thesis is to take SD company as an example,combine marketing channel theory with the current situation of pharmaceutical circulation industry,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of marketing channels and propose optimization measures.Through the combination of marketing channel theory and marketing current situation,combining with the current situation of the marketing channel of national medicine holding SD company,the marketing channel of the national pharmaceutical holding SD company was optimized.In order to improve the company's management ability and core competitiveness in the fierce competition in the medical circulation market,it will contribute to deepening the new round of medical and health system reform.At the same time,in a rich research on medicine marketing channels for sinopharm SD company in the fierce market competition to improve efficiency of product distribution channels,expand the sales network coverage,increase market share.
