In recent years,the level of pharmaceutical industry is constantly improving along with the rapid development of the world economy,and has made great progress.The pharmaceutical industry has become the most development potential in China's economic industry.But China's pharmaceutical wholesalers show many problems to be solved in the rapid development process.Marketing strategy plays a more and more important role in the success of pharmaceutical wholesalers: marketing strategy is the core competence of pharmaceutical wholesalers,the key to winning the competition,and its strength determines the fate of pharmaceutical wholesalers in the 21 st century and the future.The research direction of this paper is marketing management,we are trying to find out a kind of complete,systematic,Operational and strong marketing channel strategy to be based on the based on KPR current marketing channels.Chapter 1 is the research background and significance of this article,Chapter 2 briefly introduces the professional theoretical knowledge used in this article,Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of KPR's pharmaceutical market environment,and clarifies the opportunities and challenges of KPR.In chapter 4,the author analyzes the current marketing channel strategy and marketing mix of KPR,and clarifies the deep reasons of KPR's weak market development.In chapter 5,the author presents the resolve method of target market positioning and marketing channel strategy,and makes out a new method of KPR marketing channel program,and develops management to the problems of KPR.In short,China's pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise marketing is still at the initial stage,the corporate marketing ability has larger development space.If KPR wants to stand out in the fierce competition in the pharmaceutical market,it must be in-depth interpretation of relevant national policies and strengthen their own marketing capabilities.The study and evaluation of the marketing strategy of the enterprise will help to find the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise marketing,and promote the wholesale business marketing strategy to be complete and improvement.
