In recent years,the online consumption of fresh products has become a new trend.It is difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of fresh products in the terminal delivery process of logistics because of the unique characteristics that fresh products have,such as being apt to perish or not easy to storage and transport,and the environment in terminal delivery process is less strictly controlled etc.By improving the efficiency and quality of delivery of fresh products in terminal delivery process,the possibility of damage to fresh products will be effectively reduced.In order to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and quality infresh products delivery,this article,combined with the Natural Science Fund Project “Research on social-driven context-aware personalized information service in ubiquitous computing environment”(Project NO: 71471165),introduces the notion of context-awareness to fresh products delivery service.The main research work is as follows:(1)Recognition and acquisition for relevant context information in fresh products delivery.By analyzing the whole process of fresh products delivery,relevant context information,which is what we are going to get,are summed up,and then we studied their respective sources and corresponding acquisition methods,finally an example of identification and acquisition is demonstrated.(2)Building fresh products delivery context model.Several common methods of context information modeling are analysed,we choose the ontology-based method to complete the modeling process.At the same time,a brief introduction to the ways of describing the contextual elements with different importance and a modeling example is completed,.(3)Decision-making in context-aware delivery service.By introducing the logical relations between decision-making in delivery service and contextual reasoning,the content of contextual reasoning is elicited.Among the different contextual reasoning methods,the ontology-based approach and rule-based approach are selected for introduction and a reasoning example is completed through rule-based contextual reasoning.(4)Application case study.Two specific scenes of the problems that currently exist in fresh products delivery are selected,combined with the context-aware service system proposed in this paper,the problems in the two scenarios are to be solved by showing the flow of the system operation.
