Analysis On The Present Situation Of Family Farm Development In Xuancheng City And Its Countermeasures

The concept of family farm was first written into the central document in the third plenary session of the 17th CPC central committee in 2008,and in 2013,document no.1 confirmed that family farms were an important form of new agricultural operations.This new type of agricultural management way,the family farm,not only can effectively improve the scale and degree of mechanization of agricultural production,but also realize the transformation of agricultural industrialization,promote the main power in the rural economic development.The family farm xuancheng is still at groping stage of development,in order to promote the better and faster development,this article through the analysis of the questionnaires xuan city family farm development present situation,confimatory factor analysis model was applied to define reliability,convergent validity and the combination of questionnaire through the establishment of the structural equation model and modified to obtain data for empirical research,determine the size of the influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures aiming at specific problems.Survey data show xuancheng family farms,while increased in number and scale of operation,but there are still many problems such as inadequate policy support of the family farm,the low level of financial services,imperfect infrastructure,social service system is not sound,management way is not scientific and lack of innovation,etc.,the author validated by establishing a structural equation model analysis found that policy support,social service system,diversified management,infrastructure,financial services,innovation system of the six factors have positive influence on the development.of the family farm,significant arranged from high to low in turn.Therefore,development of xuancheng family farm is the most main is to intensify policy support of the family farm,in addition to this,and perfecting the social service system,the development diversified management mode,strengthening the investment of infrastructure,improve the level of rural financial credit service,innovation,family farm management mode,to promote the development of xuancheng region family farm better faster.
