With the party and the national emphasis on environmental protection is increasing,in order to curb the deterioration of the ecological environment of the momentum,the Party pointed out in the nineteen report,"like to treat life as the ecological environment,the construction of ecological civilization is the sustainable development of the Chinese nation's Millennium development".The construction of ecological civilization has once again risen to the height of the destiny of the nation and the nation.As the saying goes:"not to fish,do not seek short-term interests."Under the new normal economic growth mode,China's economic development can no longer sacrifice the natural environment at the expense of protecting the natural environment,but also responsible for the destruction of the environment and the main body.Therefore,as an important part of environmental governance,the importance of environmental audit has become increasingly prominent.In the process of environmental audit,its specific objectives must be based on a certain standard of evaluation.However,the evaluation index system of environmental audit in China is not perfect at present,and it is urgent to establish an environmental audit evaluation index system that can guide practice.To construct the evaluation system of environmental audit is crucial to further deepen the work of environmental audit,environmental audit scientific and reasonable evaluation can provide a comprehensive,objective and detailed information to the stakeholders,but also to the environmental management activities provided guidance for certain to carry out the environmental audit evaluation research,therefore study on the establishment of evaluation index system of environmental audit for environmental audit,improve the efficiency of environmental governance,promote the construction of ecological civilization,the construction of the beautiful and rich in the new era of Chinese,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,has very important practical significance.This paper mainly adopts the combination method of literature research and case analysis,combines theory with practice through data,icon and other auxiliary means,and focuses on building the evaluation index system of environmental audit,and takes L Province as a case study.The article is divided into two parts,the first part is the theory part,mainly expounds the background,purpose and meaning,content and methods in domestic and abroad about environmental auditing literature analysis,based on the existing literature research results,related theories of environmental auditing and evaluation index system of the overview and analysis.The second part is the case part.First,it analyzes the current situation of environmental audit evaluation in L Province,and introduces the basic situation of L province and the problems existing in the implementation of environmental audit evaluation,and points out the necessity of establishing environmental audit evaluation index system in L province.Then,the evaluation index system of environmental audit in L province is constructed by the method of catastrophe series,and the calculation and application are carried out with specific data,and the evaluation results are obtained.Finally,the application guarantee measures of the evaluation index system of environmental audit in L province are put forward in order to ensure the good operation of the evaluation index system of environmental audit.
