Research On Xi Jinping's Economic Thought Of "Semi-suburb Type"

The main body of peace and development determines that China needs internal reforming and opening to the outside world,so that we can concentrate on construction and development.However,the long-term restriction of planned economy system,people's ideological came rigidity,and dared not break.When Xi Jinping went to work in Zhengding county,Hebei province,he met an opportunity of economic construction.However,how to develop the county economy was a huge problem.The Party Central Committee called for some of the people and parts of the region to get rich first.On the basis of investigation and research,Xi Jinping suggested that we should vigorously develop the commodity economy,so we should consider reducing burdens for farmers and implementing the system of contracted responsibility.After solving the problem of food and clothing,we must explore and study the development path of commodity economy for Zhengding.Based on studying and exploring,Xi Jinping believed that we must correctly handle some relations in order to further develop the commodity economy.In the process of further thinking about these relations,Xi Jinping gradually formed his own "semi-suburb" economic thought.The "semi-suburb type" economy,its characteristics were defined as follows: being similar in some parts of the "suburban economy",relying on city,being more developed on the production of commodity economy,linking urban with rural,workers with peasants more closely.On the other hand,it also possessed some general characteristics of the rural economy.It was the middle type that combined "suburban economy" and rural economy.Why was it suitable for Zhengding to apply the "semi-suburb type" economy? Firstly,it can rely on the city and play the industry avocation.Secondly,it located in countryside,and could expand its rural development.Thirdly,it can extend the agricultural industry chain and strengthen the integration of the three major industries.Fourthly,it can always adhere to the market-oriented reforming.Its basic objectives are: linking urban with rural,achieving complementary advantages,and promoting the common development of urban and rural.The "semi-suburb type" economy is suitable for developing local economy in the regions,which are the same as Zhengding and have the characteristics of "semi-suburb type" economy.It was put forwarded by Xi Jinping during his political period in Zhengding,and continued to be applied during the his next political period in Ningde.For carrying out the "semi-suburb type" economic development model in Zhengding,it should create the practice conditions and find the path of development.After exploration,Xi Jinping thought that development of a county should meet the following conditions: the party's construction should be strengthened;reforming should be carried out;information,talents and education should be paid more attention;especially,the three major industries in the county should be developed based on local conditions.The "semi-suburb economy" thought inherited and developed Marx and Engels' s and Deng Xiaoping' s thought of urban-rural relations.Its successful practices has shown to us that,Xi jingping's "semi-suburb type" economy thought has important realistic meaning on "semi suburb type" regions for developing the county economy.
