At present,China's economy has entered the era of high quality development,and the ecological environment has also been increasingly valued.The status and role of ecology in economy and society is becoming more and more prominent.Green development,circular development and low carbon development are the important direction to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and the only solution to the dilemma of economic development and ecological environment protection in China.The development of the economy should not only be satisfied with the improvement of the quantity,i.e.improve the material living level,but also improve the quality of the life,i.e.enhance the residents' green happiness,give consideration to the green economy and environmental protection,and create the harmony between the environment and the economy.The key to realizing the high quality development of the economy lies in raising TFP,and the promotion of GTFP is particularly important.The development of the Yangtze economic belt,as a major strategy for China's regional development,is one of the most important growth poles of our country's economic development and a pioneer belt and demonstration zone for China's green development.General Secretary Xi stressed repeatedly that the development of the Yangtze River economic belt must take the priority of ecology and the path of green development.We must firmly grasp the key factor of innovation.Innovation is closely related to GTFP,and it can achieve a win-win situation of economic development and environmental protection.However,in recent years,with the accelerated pace of urbanization and industrialization,the contradiction between the ecological environment protection and economic development in the Yangtze River is becoming more and more serious,and the sustainability of development is facing severe challenges.How to realize the high quality development and green development of Yangtze economic belt has become a frontier research topic.Cities and counties are the important foundation and important part of China's economic development and livelihood protection.At present,with the comprehensive promotion of the strategy of the Yangtze Economic Belt,the changes in the social and economic development of the counties and cities have played an important support and auxiliary role in the overall planning,transformation and leapfrog development of the regional development.In this paper,130 cities in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze economic belt are selected as the research object.First of all,PM2.5 is taken as the main environmental pollutant,and 2014-2016 years as the study interval.Based on the stochastic frontier production model,the transcendental logarithmic production function is selected and the GTFP in the Yangtze Economic Zone is measured by the Frontier 4.1 software.By contrast,TFP is also calculated,and we compare temporary trend and spatial trend from horizontal and vertical angles.Then,based on the spatial statistical method,the GTFP distribution map of the Yangtze Economic Belt in 2016 is plotted with ArcGIS 10.2 software.At the same time,the exploratory spatial data analysis is carried out by Geoda software,and the Moran index of the GTFP of the Yangtze Economic Belt in 2016 is calculated,and the Moran scatter plot is drawn.The spatial agglomeration and spillover effects are studied.Finally,in order to further study the influencing factors of green total factor productivity,with the help of the analysis method of spatial econometrics in global and spilt sample,the four elements of economic development level,innovation investment,environmental regulation,and the degree of opening to the outside world are selected by using the Stata15.0 software,and the financial development,industrial structure and energy intensity are taken into consideration.By econometric analysis,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve GTFP.The results show that the GTFP of the 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze economic belt is lower than that of TFP,and there is a great difference between the provinces.At the same time,it is found that GTFP has some spatial agglomeration effect or urban agglomeration effect.The spatial empirical analysis in global sample shows that the environmental EKC curve still exists to a certain extent.As an endogenous growth motive,the innovation investment plays a great role.The Porter hypothesis and the pollution heaven hypothesis have been verified in the Yangtze Economic Zone.In spilt sample,difference also exists,but the Part in general convergence with the whole.Therefore,in order to realize the economic high quality development and green development of the Yangtze Economic Belt,and to improve the green total factor productivity,we should take into account the environmental regulation,increase the innovation investment,expand the opening to the outside world and develop the green finance.At the same time,we should speed up the green transformation of the industry and promote the green system,build up the pace of green construction,encourage the deep integration of manufacturing and productive services,build an industrial Internet and energy Internet system,develop intelligent manufacturing and intelligent energy,and lead the GTFP with technological progress.
