Since the reform and opening up,China has created a huge economic dividend,as"Asian growth miracle".However,China's economic growth is mainly driven by a large number of factor inputs and large-scale investment,TFP accounts for a small share of economic dividends, its extensive economic development model has not been a fundamental change. In order to avoid a development path of "the first pollution,post-governance" in industrialized countries and protect the national economy health, green and sustainable development, the Chinese government has issued a series of relevant policies to emphasize the green economic development model. The green total factor productivity, which is based on the traditional TFP,can reflect the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional green economy and the essential connotation of the green development. In recent years, with the acceleration of the regional integration process, the spatial interaction between the regions has been enhanced, the free flow of economic factors among the regions, the diffusion of innovation and the spillovers of technology have strengthened the inter-regional economic development,The traditional theory regards different regions as closed economic individuals, which do not fully understand the mechanism of green productivity and the micro-mechanisms that enhance green productivity. In this paper,we will use GTFP space spill as the research perspective to explore the spatial differences and influencing factors of China's provincial GTFP,and then find the path of GTFP to provide a useful inspiration for China's regional green economic growth.Based on the main line of China's provincial GTFP,this paper takes the new economic geography and spatial econometrics as the theoretical basis, and studies the estimation of the provincial GTFP and its influencing factors from the perspective of spatial spillover.Firstly, the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index is used to estimate the GTFP and its sources in 30 provinces of China, and the national is divided into different regions according to the different spatial scale. To analyze Spatial Heterogeneity of Regional GTFP from the horizontal section dimension and vertical time dimension.Secondly, the spatial statistical method is used to test whether there is spatial auto-correlation and spatial dependence of GTFP in each province. On this basis, the interaction effect of economic unit in geospatial is drawn into the analytical framework, and we construct the spatial econometric model to analyze influencing factors and spatial conduction mechanism of provincial GTFP in China. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)GTFP of 30 provinces in China under the energy and environment constraints show a significant spatial non-equilibrium,the spatial distribution of GTFP growth shows a certain gradient characteristics, that is,from the eastern coastal developed areas to Inland underdeveloped areas gradually decline.(2)During the survey period, the national GTFP showed a growth trend, showing obvious characteristics of the stage, with an average annual growth rate of 2.4%.Among them, the green technology efficiency contribution of-0.7%,while the green technological progress contribution of 3.1%,due to green technology progress growth rate is greater than the green technology efficiency decline,so the overall performance of green productivity growth.Indicating that represents a technological innovation of green technological progress has a significant "growth effect",and the optimal allocation of resources on behalf of the green technology efficiency of the"level effect" is obviously inadequate.(3)There is significant spatial auto-correlation and spatial dependence of inter-provincial GTFP in China, that is,the green productivity of a province is not only related to the economic activity of the region but also may be influenced by the green productivity of adjacent areas, the local space "club Agglomeration" is remarkable.(4)Economic development level, industrial structure and energy structure have a significant negative effect on green productivity, which may be associated with the current extensive economic development model in China, economic growth and energy conservation, environmental protection is not compatible, can not achieve green Economic and environmental "win-win" situation;"environmental Kuznets curve" exists in China, and"pollution paradise" hypothesis in China has not been verified, the impact of environmental regulation on green productivity across the "Porter inflection point",that is,the environment Regulation of the "innovation compensation'' positive effect exceeds its "follow the cost"negative effect. Finally, according to the empirical research results and the existing problems in the process of China's current economic transformation,a series of targeted policy suggestions are put forward to make a valuable contribution to the development of China's regional green economy.
