Study On Financing Problems In The Northeast China During The Revitalization Period

Economic development is a prerequisite for the development and progress of the region.In the course of economic development,the financial market is the core of the modern economy,which directly stimulates economic growth and dominates the economic development trend.In economic development,financing has played a crucial role.Since the reform and opening up,with the reform of economic policies and systems,the economy of our country has been developing rapidly and achieved remarkable results.At the same time,economic development has also brought about many problems.The imbalance in regional development has highlighted the contradictions between the regions and the level of economic development among different regions varies greatly.In the meantime,there are also many problems to be solved in the process of "rejuvenation" of the old industrial bases in northeast China.Based on the related research on financing during the rejuvenation of old industrial bases in Northeast China and the comprehensive utilization of various methods,the paper draws the relevant conclusions and makes field investigations on the development of financial industry in northeast China during the rejuvenation period,providing suggestions for the next stage of development in Northeast China And recommendations,but also strengthened the relevant departments on the economic development in Northeast China attention.The specific structure of the article is as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the background,objectives and significance,research content and research methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the domestic and foreign relatedtheories about financing and other concepts.Looking back on the domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of financing and other research results.The third chapter introduces the northeast region revitalization period of financial industry development process research,and then,the northeast revitalization period of economic development,financial industry development,financing scale,and financing channels for a certain collation and research.The fourth chapter takes the financial development and economic growth in the revitalization period of northeast old industrial zone as a case study,using the multiple linear regression model and threshold model and related test methods,in-depth analysis of the financing scale and financing structure in northeast China,and draw relevant conclusions.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the financing development policies and suggestions in northeast China.This chapter summarizes the full text,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to revitalize the northeast economy and financing market.In the preparation stage of the thesis,the author consulted a large amount of information and literature.On the basis of the existing theory,through the field investigation of the financial development and economic growth during the rejuvenation of northeast old industrial base,using the models of multivariate analysis model and threshold model,The scale of financing,financing structure and economic development in northeastern China are studied,and then the countermeasures for the development of regional finance suitable for the characteristics of Northeast China are discussed.In order to ease the imbalance in regional development,the Central Party Committee and the State Council proposed in 2003 the strategic plan of rejuvenating the northeast old industrial base.According to the economic data of 2013,the level of economic development in Northeast China has been greatly improved with remarkable results and sound economic growth.At the same time,there are manyproblems to be solved in the process of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base.However,since 2013,the northeast economy has experienced a " precipitous decline".Economic growth rate in the national ranking is relatively backward,known as the "new northeast phenomenon".The emergence of this phenomenon makes us think deeply about the problems left over by the northeast revitalization history.How to get out of the northeast predicament,break the rumors of " investment but Shanhaiguan",promote the northeast financing,improve the northeast financing system,the development of capital market has become the theme of this paper.
