Labor relations are the most basic social relations.Since the day of production activities, labor relations have existed. With the development of society and the progress of production, labor relations have become more complicated.China is now in the stage of economic transition.Public-owned and non-public sectors of the economy are developing together. At the same time, they have been affected by globalization and the labor market has become more competitive. In order to avoid unnecessary conflicts and maintain social stability,to build a harmonious labor relationship is very important.China is a socialist country and uses Marxist thought to guide the development of our country. The theory of labor relations in radical political economics was based on Marxist thoughts and supplemented it with modern changes. As a theoretical basis, guiding our country to build a harmonious labor relation system conforms to our country's national conditions and also conforms to our socialist system. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the theory of labor relations in radical economics, and to give an overview of the labor process theory,Richard Hyman's political economic theory, the regulation school and the class theory. In the study of labor process theory, the theories of Braverman and Burawoy were chosen. They all focused their research on the situation of laborers in the production process, but compared to Braverman's alienation of workers.Burawoy emphasized worker's subjectivity more. The labor process theory inherited Marx's thought of the contradiction between labor and capital, and from the perspective of the laborer,it carried out in-depth excavation, which is a further extension of Marx's theory. In the study of political economy theory,Hyman paid attention to the history of the development of European trade union and conducted an in-depth analysis of trade unions. In the analysis of trade unions,Hyman believes that there are three forces that restrict the union's goals.Markets, society, and class, and that all unions are a mix of these three forces.Hyman's research on trade unions has expanded the research on labor relations and has theoretical value for guiding the construction of trade unions in China. The theory of the school of adjustment focuses on the study of the interaction of institutions in macroeconomics, and believes that institutions and laws are of great significance in regulating labor relations.Wright's class theory has adjusted Marx's two-class theory.Wright thinks that in addition to the capitalist and the proletariat, there is still a middle class, and the middle class has a contradictory position.Wright classified the different classes through positioning, and analyzing the nature and interests of different classes, explains the reasons why capitalism has not been destroyed but has developed rapidly.Through the horizontal comparison of these four theories, this paper analyzes the uniqueness of each theory. The study of labor relations theory in radical political economics has a long history, and many scholars have made outstanding contributions. This paper elaborates on four of the influential theories, and also combs the modern development of Marx's theory. This paper, based on the national conditions of China at the present stage and the theory of labor relations in radical economics, puts forward policy advice on building a harmonious labor relationship in China.
