Research On Product Configuration Driven By Different Characteristics Of Customer Requirements

The progress in science has brought about the diversification of products and the upgrading of customer requirements,so that the personalized products that meet the customer requirement can be competitive in the market.Keen to capture the development direction of customer requirements is the cornerstone of enterprise's foothold in the complex market.Based on the diverse,dynamic and incomplete features of customer requirements,it is of great significance to establish the corresponding model based on the original requirements of the customer to accurately predict the customer satisfying product configuration.Around the different characteristics of customer requirements,this paper discusses in depth the expression of diverse requirement path,the product configuration under the dynamic and incomplete requirements and customer requirement trend.The details are described as follows:(1)Due to the diversity of customer requirement expression,ant colony optimization algorithm is used to rank the requirement nodes to obtain the best expression path.At the same time,the expression path is evaluated according to the customer satisfaction degree,so as to realize the timely feedback and optimization of the path,which is the key point of understanding customer requirements.(2)Because of the dynamic variability of customer requirements,this paper applies artificial neural network to product configuration.In the face of the dynamic customer requirements and the model changes caused by external objective factors,the strong adjustment ability of artificial neural network can enable enterprises to obtain the product configuration plan under dynamic requirements.(3)The information asymmetry and the limitation of customer's professional knowledge result in the incompleteness of customer requirement expression.In this paper,a method for customized products based on bayesian network is proposed.By learning and training large amounts of data,the problem of product configuration under incomplete requirements is solved.(4)Understanding the development trend of the customer requirement change in advance is beneficial for the enterprise to seize the market.Based on the multiple VAR model,this paper studies the dynamic relationship between the product price,product configuration,performance and customer requirements.Through the analysis,we can get the development trend of customer requirements for a period of time,and provide reasonable suggestions for the enterprise to formulate product development and production plan.
