Study On The Collection, Analysis And Management System Of Customer Requirements To NC Machine

NC machine tools are the processing machine tools of the whole manufacturing industry and the whole national economy, which play an important role in promoting the development of the economy. Although Chinese machine tool industry has experienced decades of development and many aspects have made remarkable achievements, it is still faced many severe challenges like low precision and efficiency, low reliability, small market share and so on. For that reason, the enterprise should not only enhance investment in technical research and funding but also consider changing from traditional product centered manufacturing mode to the customer requirement centered production and operation mode, which has already become the inevitable trend of enterprise manufacturing. This article is intended for the study of gathering and analyzing management system of customer requirements of numerical control machine tool, which mainly include the following contents.(1) The article summarizes the characteristics of customer demand itself and the collection methods of previous customer requirements. For the numerical control machine tool, the article presents the feasible methods of collecting customer requirements that combine the market survey and web survey, which largely improve the efficiency of customer requirements collection and the authenticity of information demand.(2) The article summarizes and analyzes the main features of the customer requirements of numerical control machine tool.
