In recent years,huge business crisis caused by improper internal control of enterprises has been exploded all over the world,which has caused tremendous adverse effects on business operations and caused widespread concern among people in and outside the industry.Internal control is an important business management method for enterprises.It is an important way of effectively preventing financial corporate risks,business risks and economic losses.For modern enterprises,it is necessary to establish a scientifically sound internal control system.Raising the level of internal control can help identify problems in the business process and promote the healthy and orderly development of the company.State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the SGCC.The department has 22 subordinate departments,129 subordinate units(17 city power-supply companies,15 business support units and integrated units,and 97 county power-supply companies),manages one escrow county power supply company,and serves more than 41 million customers.As the largest public service unit in Shandong Province,the company is responsible for the planning,construction and operation of Shandong Power Grid and is committed to providing safer,more economical,cleaner and more sustainable power supply for the economic and social development of Shandong Province.In recent years,with the change of the state management situation of the economic and social development and the reform of the transmission and distribution price,the internal and external environment of Shandong electric power company is changing everyday,so the internal control working scheme can not be fixed,the current internal control standards are no longer adapted to the the actual management requirements,and the internal control of the enterprise is changed according to the environment.The system should also keep up with the times.At the same time,the problems existing in internal control should be analyzed in a timely manner and resolved as soon as possible,and the rectification of internal control should be implemented.In view of this,the current domestic companies have exposed many problems in internal control,and there is a large blank in related researches.Starting from this point,this article has collected relevant research literature both at home and abroad and has reviewed the current status and dynamics of related researches.This article adopts an empirical research method and sets State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company as the research object.Based on the documents such as the “Basic Norms for Corporate Internal Control” and “Guidelines for Internal Control Evaluation of Corporations”,it begins with the theory and concepts of internal control and conducts empirical research.Through internal control of the company's internal control environment,from the internal control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information sharing,internal supervision and other aspects of the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company conducted an in-depth study of internal control.This paper adopts quantitative analysis method and uses fuzzy analysis method to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the internal control status of State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company,and calculate the final score of internal control of the company.It finds out the problems of internal control of the company through data analysis.In this paper,the problems existing in the internal control of the State Power Shandong Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,put forward targeted improvement measures and recommendations,in order to continuously promote the sound and perfect internal control system of Shandong Power Company of State Grid.This article hopes to carry out research activities to address the problems existing in the internal control of the Shandong Power Company of the State Grid,and to further enrich and improve the internal control system of the enterprise by providing horizontal comparison of the internal control of domestic companies and provide useful experience for other companies.
