Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Endowment Insurance Of Private Enterprise Of A City

Enterprise endowment insurance is a very important content in social security,as well as the important component of social security system.With the rapid development of economy,the status of enterprise endowment insurance is increasingly prominent.In today's society,the development of enterprise pension insurance is directly related to the perfection of the pension system.At the same time,the pension insurance is an important part of the life support after retirement,which plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and the long-term development of enterprises.A city is one of the most developed cities in Henan province,which owns outstanding political,economic,technological,financial,cultural and information function is outstanding,number of town worker endowment insurance ginseng protect ranks third in the whole province.In recent years,the meteoric rise of the small and medium-sized private enterprises for A city's economic development has played A huge role.By the end of 2016,the total number of A city's workers participated in the town woeker endowment insurance the number of insured has 884000 people.A city,however,the nature of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in the form of organization,corporate governance,production management,personnel quality,etc have limitations,lead to many problems in the aspect of employee pension insurance.Based on the actual questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of private smes in A city and puts forward some countermeasures.Private small and medium-sized enterprise in our country has weaker economic power,and the time is not enough,because of development of endowment insurance system is not in the private the large-scale development of private enterprises,although some developed areas of enterprises have begun to pay endowment insurance,but many problems still exist.This paper takes the private enterprise of A city as the research object,and summarizes the current situation of employee pension insurance: the coverage of old-age insurance for urban workers is narrow,and the participation rate is low.As a supplement to the basic old-age insurance for urban workers,the enthusiasm of commercial insurance is not high;The implementation speed of old-age insurance for urban workers is too slow;The corresponding insurance rate is higher,which brings too much burden to the private enterprises;Commercial pension insurance has not received due attention;According to the current situation of basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees,it is expected that the pension level in future development will not be guaranteed.Lack of effective laws and regulations,the supervision system is insufficient and not strong;China has not formed a social environment to effectively construct the old-age insurance system for private enterprises.
