Employee endowment insurance system is the main body of China's social endowment insurance system,which is an important content of China's social security system modernization construction.Employee endowment insurance is related to the vital interests of all laborers.The government has begun to pay more attention to the fairness of old-age insurance,and has begun to actively promote the reform of fairness to explore,but the problem of employee pension insurance is still fair.Therefore,this paper studies the fairness of the old-age insurance of enterprise employees in Yibin City,hoping to provide reference and reference for the future reform of old-age insurance.First of all,the literature reading method is used to sort out the research results of the equity of domestic and foreign workers' pension insurance.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper defines the concept of the basic old-age insurance and the old-age insurance of the employees,combs the fair theory,the theory of fairness and justice,the theory of public goods and the theory of welfare economics as the theoretical basis of the research.Then,the paper summarizes the achievements made in the fairness of the old-age insurance of the employees in Yibin City,summarizes the unfair performance of the old-age insurance treatment of the enterprise employees,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the unfairness of the enterprise employees' pension insurance;Then,this paper summarizes the characteristics and fairness of the reform of the pension system in the United States,Germany and Sweden.At last,in view of the problems existing in the old-age insurance of retired employees and learn from foreign advanced problems of advanced experience,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to realize the fairness of basic old-age insurance for employees.Yibin City in accordance with national laws and regulations and under the premise of local characteristics,for the fairness of the pension insurance system,government carried out a series of major reforms and attempts.Focus on improving the fairness of internal endowment insurance system.But the existence of the problem of inequality cannot be ignored,such as the unfair pension fund raising,unfair rates of participation and replacement rates,unfair pension to enjoy the conditions and unfair pension treatment level.The reason is that this system lack of fairness,follow the traditional professional identity system,limit the stage of historical development and the institutional design science need to be improved,the pension adjustment is unreasonable.Therefore,it is recommended to combine the actual situation of Yibin City and learnt from foreign successful experience,government should establish the concept of fairness of the old-age insurance system,reduce the threshold of pension insurance payment,and improve the social average wage level,establish a long-term pension adjustment mechanism,accelerate the pace of urban workers' pension.
