Interpersonal skills are one of the skills that must be possessed by corporate leaders,it ultimately serves corporate performance.Due to the dual influence of technical skills and conceptual skills,corporate leaders have different expressions of interpersonal skills,which results in different corporate leadership styles.The long-term “human society” and “circle culture” in our country,have an impact on the level of information and the source of the information,so all levels of enterprises rely on it to make decisions.In particular,as the core executives of the enterprise,its circle and scope of activities have a direct impact on its role playing.In an era of information explosion,good networks and circles of social relations are important to the scientific decision-making of senior executives.This paper has studied the relationship between executive social relations and performance of A-share listed high-tech industrial companies in 2012-2016 through social network analysis methods and community discovery methods,we finds that the social relations of senior executives of high-tech industrial companies have an impact on the performance of companies,and the breadth and depth of their social relationships have a negative impact on the overall performance of enterprises;there are "small world" in the social relations network of high-tech industrial companies,and companies of "small world" have different performance,the highest performance is the lowest nearly 3 times;the influence of the depth and breadth of the social network of high-tech executives in different “small worlds” on their performance is different,the depth and breadth of the social network of some “small world” executives have a totally opposite effect on the performance;different high-tech industrial executives of different “small world” have different levels of control over different dimensions of business operations,this may be related to the conditions of the formation of “small worlds”,which leads to differences in the performance of companies in different “small worlds”.
