With many years of reform and opening-up,China has ushered in a new development strategy opportunities.The high speed development of the heavy economy and light environmental protection in coastal areas has led to industrialized urbanization brought unprecedented industrial civilization.At the same time,it causes serious environmental damage,especially since water pollution incidents have causing people to drink water safety and health of great concern.As the people concerned about the safety of drinking water and health awareness continue to improve,coupled with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the pursuit of quality of life,water purification industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in China's small household appliance market in recent years.China's rapid development of water purification industry has led a lot of well-known enterprises to the water purification industry as the strategy of diversification.MIDEA Company focuses on the study of China's water environment and researches into products that meeting the quality of Chinese water.This company already has 103 national patents and is the national standard preparation team leader of the "reverse osmosis water purifier" and "ultrafiltration membrane water purifier".Through more than 10 years in the water purification industry precipitation,MIDEA Company is now the largest and most powerful drinking water solutions provider.The article takes the marketing research and strategy of Midea water filter in Jiaodong Peninsula as the research object.I employed literature review,case analysis,chart analysis and field survey in the article,and after the reference of many kinds of marketing,strategic marketing and strategic administration theory,I used the method of environmental factors analysis to make a deep analysis of the inner and outer marketing environment of water filter in Jiaodong Peninsula,and finally I found out the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threat of the environment and worked out the marketing strategy that is effective in the present stage of the company.Besides,the research of marketing strategy and risk-control measures are formed to make sure the success of the marketing strategy,and most importantly,which are the scientific evaluation of the performance of marketing and aim at finishing the goal of marketing strategy of the enterprise.Through this article,it can continue to get great performance in Jiaodong Peninsula to provide reference and assistance.
