With the rapid development of China's economic and information technology platform,demand of e-commerce activities due to its convenience and favorable shopping experience.As the key link of online shopping,it has rocketed with the rapid development of e-commerce.Logistics distribution under e-commerce environment has the characteristics of lots,batches,unstable demand,and a wide distribution of customers.These characteristics make distribution,especially the city-end distribution become the section with highest cost and lowest efficiency in e-commerce supply chain.For reducing logistics distribution costs,improving distribution efficiency and service satisfaction,the reasonable placement of the terminal distribution network is of great significance.The current terminal distribution model for e-commerce logistics is mainly to study the model of unattended Locker,without considering the optimization of the end distribution mode and the location of multiple types of end distribution sites.Based on the research of end distribution in the current e-commerce environment,this paper mainly applies the common distribution theory to the end distribution from the perspectives of optimization of the end distribution mode and service individuation.The research on the location and cost allocation of end joint distribution model,which considers both customer's pickup and home delivery,mainly includes the following three aspects:First,the essay introduces the related concepts of e-commerce,end distribution,and joint distribution,analyzes the current situation of end distribution in the e-commerce environment,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different end distribution models,and proposes optimization requirements for-end distribution networks.It explains the principles,influencing factors of the end delivery network optimization,establishes an end joint delivery,and standardizes the layout of the end distribution network of urban logistics.Second,the essay studies the problem of location for joint distribution sites at the end of the e-commerce environment and proposes the full consideration of two types of end distribution service methods,customer pickup and home delivery.In connection with these two methods,the research also covers the location and allocation of multi-type terminal common distribution network,based on unattended locker sites,supplemented by the pick-up cabinet.A multi-objective location model based on customer satisfaction and cost is established.Customer satisfaction refers to distance satisfaction from customers choosing pickup and time satisfaction from who choose goods delivery.Then the constraint method is used to convert multi-objective issues into the single-objective problems and the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Combined with the analysis of examples,the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are proved.Third,the cost allocation problem of participating end joint distribution enterprise is studied.A fair and reasonable cost allocation mechanism is an important basis for ensuring the stable and healthy development of the end joint distribution.Additionally,the existing cost allocation mechanism is analyzed for building the one under end joint distribution,based on multi-influencing elements.Through analysis of examples,the feasibility of this mechanism is proved.
