With the popularization of computer technology and mobile terminals,China’s e-commerce retail industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the online transaction process has also become more and more perfect.This provides a wide market space for the development of the express delivery industry,but the exp ress delivery industry lacks of chasing,especially " The issue of high distribution costs and low efficiency in the last-mile " distribution link has become a major bottleneck restricting the further development of the online shopping market.The terminal distribution is the last link of the retail business of the e-commerce business,and it is also the most critical link.It directly relates to the customer’s shopping experience.Therefore,how to establish a perfect terminal delivery system and reduce the terminal delivery cost while ensuring customer satisfaction has become the current stage The biggest challenge facing business and logistics companies.Based on the consideration of the status quo,this paper proposes the implementation of a terminal common distribution model between e-commerce and express delivery companies,and focuses on the location-routing problem of end-networks in the end common delivery model.This paper first elaborates the theories of joint distribution,terminal distribution and urban distribution,then summarizes the problems existing in urban distribution at the present stage,and combs out the end common joint distribution operation mode and distribution process based on domestic and international joint distribution research theories and practices.Based on this type of node,the superiority of joint delivery at the end is analyzed.Then,aiming at the problem of end-joint distribution network location-routing problem,a multi-objective-end common distribution network location-path model considering customer’s self-improvement is established.The model is solved by designing NSGA-II algorithm and using case data.Five siting-path planning schemes.Next,an end-to-end shared distribution site location-path model considering delivery home service was established.The model was solved by designing a hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm(GATS)to obtain a satisfactory solution.Z=2343.856 The Location of the Joint Distribution Network at the End and the Path Plan.
