Based on the theory of social network analysis, this paper studies the multimodal transport network of the Silk Road Economic Belt with Lanzhou as the hub,The research mainly consists of the comprehensive evaluation of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the construction of the multimodal transport network, and the optimization of the multimodal transport network.Firstly,a multimodal transport evaluation index system was constructed, then,a radiation model and a social analysis method were used to build a network, finally,an optimization model for a multimodal transport network that maintained a certain pivotal status was established, and studies the multimodal transportation network of the Silk Road Economic Belt with Lanzhou as the hub.Based on the historical data in 2015 for logistics development and multimodal transportation development in 101 prefecture-level cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt,we concluded that:(1)The 101 prefecture-level cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt can be divided into four categories based on their comprehensive capabilities and traffic conditions;(2)The network based on social network analysis theory reflects the complex characteristics of the multimodal transport network in the Silk Road Economic Belt;(3)Putting forward suggestions for building Lanzhou City as a multimodal transport hub for the Silk Road Economic Belt. The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Constructed a multimodal transport evaluation index system. The existing literature lacks a quantitative analysis system for the evaluation of multimodal transport network nodes, the former selected five indicators from the perspectives of infrastructure construction and traffic conditions to quantify, and established an evaluation index system for the development level of multimodal transport, and the combined development and weighting calculation of the intermodal transport has obtained the comprehensive development level of multimodal transport in101 prefecture-level cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt.Based on this, the classification of the cities at different levels is carried out.2.Constructed a multimodal transport network. From the perspective of complex network theory,a multimodal transport network for the Silk Road Economic Belt was constructed.Firstly,Floyd algorithm is used to calculate the weighted adjacency matrix with distance as the weight, and then radiation model is used to calculate the radiation intensity between two cities based on the comprehensive development level of multimodal transport and the distance adjacency matrix in each city; Finally,Ucinet software is used to realize network visualization and the basic characteristics of the network are analyzed. It is found that the network is presently dispersed and not dense, and can be divided into eight types of condensed subgroups3.A multimodal transport network optimization model thatmaintains the status of specific nodes and hubs is constructed.Based on the original model, join the node-level goal and conduct an empirical study on the multimodal transport network of the Silk Road Economic Belt with Lanzhou as the hub under unconstrained and constrained conditions.Four suggestions on guaranteeing the status of hubs in Lanzhou are proposed in terms of facilities construction, improving the structure of traffic networks, strengthening the construction of informationization, and optimizing the construction of logistics talents.
