A Research On The Disclosure Of Social Responsibility Of Private Enterprises Inzhejiang

In recent years,our government has put forward such strategic conceptions as "harmonious society" and "sustainable development".People gradually began to pay attention to the issue of corporate social responsibility information disclosure.Zhejiang Province has also stepped up its research on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information.In spite of this,the explosion of Ningbo Zhongjin Petrochemical Company happened and the safety of owners and employees can not be guaranteed.Due to the emergence and aggravation of these social problems,the fulfillment and disclosure of corporate social responsibility are still the most important issues in the process of corporate governance.In view of this,firstly,the paper sorts out the relevant literature on social responsibility and defines the related concepts and theories;Secondly,the paper expounds the status quo and existing problems of the disclosure of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province;Thirdly,the paper makes assumptions,establishes a model and conducts statistical regression analysis based on the 147 CSR reports disclosed in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2015.This paper studies in depth the impact of the social environment,the shareholding structure on corporate social responsibility disclosure,and social environment includes the level of regional economic development,regional cultural variables and ownership structure includes equity concentration and equity balance.Then through the case analysis of ZT and LY,the empirical conclusions are supplemented and explained.Finally,according to the problems existing in the disclosure of social responsibility information of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province,the author puts forward relevant suggestions.Through empirical analysis and case studies,the paper draws the following conclusions: First,the level of disclosure of social responsibility of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province is uneven.There is a lack of relevant legal norms and supervision and evaluation mechanisms,disclosure of social responsibility information is not highly motivated,Social responsibility information is not full and so on.Second,the regional economy adversely affects the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information.The more economically developed regions pay less attention to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information.Third,the disclosure of social responsibility information of private enterprises in ZhejiangProvince is related to the regional culture.The disclosed level of Wenzhou,Taizhou is relatively high.Fourth,equity concentration and ownership balance positively affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information.The higher the ownership concentration of private enterprises,the higher the level of corporate social responsibility information disclosure.The higher the equity balance,the higher the level of corporate social responsibility information disclosure.Studying the influence of social environment and ownership structure of Zhejiang private enterprises on the information disclosure of social responsibilities of private enterprises not only helps to perfect the research system of influencing factors of information disclosure of corporate social responsibility,but also enhances the awareness of social responsibility of enterprises.It is good for private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.It can also help the government take appropriate measures to further strengthen the management of corporate social responsibility information disclosure.
