As new elements such as artificial intelligence and the Internet plus continue to come into new economic structures,Internet companies have mushroomed.Internet enterprises generally have strong independent innovation ability,its development depends on innovation.The innovation capability of enterprises not only enables enterprises to perceive the dual roles of external development environment and internal technological innovation in this unpredictable Internet era so as to make appropriate decisions to maintain the operation of enterprises,but also through technological innovation,process innovation and decision-making innovation make the business get good development.Therefore,innovation ability is considered as the key factor for the success of the enterprise and maintaining its competitive advantage.However,traceability of the innovation ability of an enterprise is the innovation capability of every individual employee that promotes the enterprise process,that is,employee creativity.Therefore,more and more topics Start to focus on how to improve employee creativity.However,there is uncertainty in innovation.In the process of implementing innovation,enterprises will face great risks and will exert pressure on innovation to the employee level,thus affecting employees' psychological capital.At present,the research at home and abroad have explored from the aspects of organizational factors level,which often neglects the influence of individual factors on employees' creativity.And research focuses more on the employees in the face of the pressure produced by negative attitudes and negative behavior,the results also tend to help employees to prevent psychological problems in advance and overcome psychological weakness,less positively study the positive psychological state of employees at work And the role of positive behavior.This study is especially aimed at the discussion of Internet companies in Hangzhou.Based on positive positive state of employees,this study explores the role of employees' psychological capital and employee creativity.According to the characteristics of flat organization of Internet companies,this study is conducive to the promotion of employees Between the effective sharing mechanism.Knowledge is the foundation of innovation and the premise of improving employee creativity.Therefore,this paper directly adds the knowledge sharing of intermediary variables,and discusses the interaction model of employee psychological capital,knowledge sharing and employee creativity.The research method uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.The previous use of literature research and questionnaire survey,the later use of statistical software SPSS22.0 to carry out the empirical analysis of the data.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Psychological capital and its four dimensions are positively and significantly related to staff creativity.(2)Psychological capital and its self-efficacy dimension,resilience dimension and hope dimension have significant and positive correlation with knowledge sharing,but the significant role of optimism in knowledge sharing has not been supported.(3)Knowledge sharing is positively and significantly related to the dimension of knowledge sharing behavior to staff creativity,while the positive correlation between knowledge sharing intentions and staff creativity is insignificant.(4)Knowledge sharing plays a part of intermediary role between psychological capital and staff creativity.At the end of the paper based on the results of the study,from the perspective of human resources to management puts forward the optimized by recruiting and training of employees' psychological capital and gives employees flattening knowledge communication environment,provide reference and suggestions for Chinese Internet companies to enhance creativity.
