In the era of knowledge economy, innovation has become the key factor to gain competitive advantage. That the companies’ innovation relics on the innovation behavior of employees, so the research about the innovative behavior of employees has become the focus on business managers. During the employee-related activities, Innovative behavior refers primarily to product, introduce and apply the new ideas which can benefit the organization, including generating new ideas or developing new technology to improve the current management procedures which can improve work efficiency. This study aimed to reveal the impact of employees’ psychological capital on innovative behavior in the work process, meanwhile it also investigate the influence of social capital and knowledge sharing between psychological capita and innovative behavior. This conclusion has a greater value on the theory and practice.Therefore, the research chooses the employees in enterprise of southern China as the research object. Through ANOVA analysis, correlations analysis and regression analysis, we try to study the relationships among psychological capital, knowledge sharing, social capital and innovative practice. Through analyze we have found that:(1) Employees’ psychological capital has positive impact on knowledge sharing and innovative practice;(2) Knowledge sharing has mediating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative practice;(3) Social capital has moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and knowledge sharing.The research committed to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior based on the effect of knowledge sharing and social capital, in order to further clarify the inter-relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. It can reveal how to improve employee innovative behavior through individuals and environment. The conclusion can provide a more completed theoretical contribution to the field, and some sustainable suggestion to the development of enterprises.
